A Celebration of Nordic Stories: Skandibrand Opens in Helsinki

Skandibrand, a vibrant new pop-up shop, has arrived in Helsinki — bringing beloved Nordic stories to life! This exciting new retail concept, created by Rights & Brands, showcases iconic Nordic characters through a curated selection of books and products.

On Thursday, May 1st, Skandibrand officially opened at Lasipalatsi/Glaspalatset, located in the heart of Helsinki and right next door to the Moomin shop. Though currently a pop-up, the concept is designed to be scalable, with the ambition of expanding Skandibrand to other international locations in the future.

The shop is a colorful celebration of Nordic stories, featuring timeless characters such as Pippi Longstocking, Emil in Lönneberga, Alfie Atkins, Arnie Alligator, Bamse, Maxi & Helium, Karlsson on the Roof, Mamma Moo and Crow, Pettson & Findus, and more.

To mark the grand opening, the first 200 visitors received a free Pippi or Bamse balloon, while the first 100 customers were gifted an exclusive Skandibrand tote bag.
