Friskis&Svettis is a “movement for movement” that, for as many years as the Mamma Moo books have existed, has offered easily accessible and fun-filled training of high quality for everyone. That resulted in a perfect match for collaboration for children – movement videos with Mamma Moo and Crow.

The videos were released in three batches, the first one in the spring of 2021.
The Collaboration
In total, three digital and free movement videos, recorded with a Friskis instructor, children and Mamma Moo and Crow, were released. The target group was children between the ages of 2 and 6 and their parents.
The platform was a landing page on the Friskis’ website, www.friskissvettis.se, and spreading the word using all Friskis&Svettis’ channels. The aim was to promote the joy of movement and inspire children to read more!
Results
The videos were released in three batches, the first one in the spring of 2021 and the last one in the winter of 2022. Due to high demand, Friskis&Svettis prolonged the collaboration during 2023.
The videos have been a huge success with over 90 000 unique page views and long viewing times.
