Anton & Grandma at the Bottom of the Sea

By Thorbjørn Christoffersen Thomas Brunstrøm

Anton loves going to Grandma’s place. She always has time for fun and games. Grandma drinks a lot of coffee and she always has cookies in a red tin.

This time Anton and Grandma have an important mission. They hop into Grandma’s submarine and travel to the bottom of the sea to find Grandma’s lost ring. On their way, they are faced with a giant octopus, a riddle-loving mermaid and dangerous underwater monsters. Anton has to stay alert to find the ring and bring it back.

Anton and Grandma is a brilliant new picture book series by the author/illustrator duo behind the bestselling Sally’s Dad series. Anton’s parents are always busy with work, so the regular visits to Grandma’s are a highlight for the little boy. And no wonder, Grandma always has time to play and there’s never a dull moment with her as adventure awaits for the two in each instalment. Together the utterly funny stories by Thomas Brunstrøm and the beautiful imaginative illustrations by Thorbjørn Christoffersen offer laugh-out-loud moments to readers.
