Allakka Pullakka

By Laura Ruohonen Erika Kallasmaa

This modern and anarchistic nonsense illustrated poetry book bursts with raffish rhymes and chuckling characters such as a foolhardy fig, a monstrous worm, and a lemming that races to the rescue. These rhymes let your imagination fly high. Insightful and insanely funny wordplay about funny and exciting characters creates a charming dialogue with snazzy illustrations. This poetry collection has also been published in Swedish and it is a must for every 21st-century family. The first one of the several illustrated poetry books created by world-famed and awarded duo Laura Ruohonen and Erika Kallasmaa that have inspired awarded television series, theatre plays, and music lyrics adaptations. Praised by both literary critics and young readers.
