The Defenceless by Kati Hiekkapelto nominated for Best Translated Crime Novel in Sweden

In the cradle of Nordic crime, Kati Hiekkapelto‘s second novel in her Anna Fekete series, The Defenceless, has been nominated for the prize that will be given to the best translated crime novel in Sweden in 2018.

The Defenceless was awarded the Best Finnish Crime Novel in 2015 and it was also nominated for the internationally renowned Nordic prize the Glass Key Award, as well as for the Petrona Award in the UK.

Anna Fekete novels have been published in 14 territories so far.

The Defenceless is translated into Swedish by Marjut Hökfelt and published by Modernista.
