Seasons

By Maria Trolle

Welcome to a timeless world where the seasons change.

Come into a shimmering world marked by the strange shifts of the seasons from winter to autumn. See the buds on the leaves stretch towards the pale spring sun, follow the tracks of animals through a buzzing flower meadow and sense the quiet silence that descends over the grove on a late summer's day. Add colour to the changing leaves and their winding journey down to the frost-bitten ground, and rest in the tranquillity of a distant fire in a snow-covered cottage at the edge of the forest.

In Seasons, Maria Trolle interprets and draws inspiration from the cycle of the year and the changing seasons. We are reminded of the unique nature of nature and life, which is both transient and yet always blossoms into new life, year after year. Let your mind come to rest and colour in the fairy-tale illustrations, filled with lush plant life, the quiet presence of animals and mysterious creatures that populate Maria Trolle's nature.
