Susanne Trydal’s (1981) origins are in Åsa, a small town near Kungsbacka on the west coast of Sweden. She has worked in the publishing industry throughout her adult life. 
Trydal’s debut book, the first part of the fantasy trilogy about Hallahem that she co-wrote with Daniel Åhlin, was published in 2015. 

The author’s most recent work is a collaboration with Ellen Ekman on the books Look Out, Stella! and Do You Dare, Stella? In these delightful stories, the author portrays the fun, and teasing, relationship of sisters Stella and Agnes whose sibling dynamics can be appreciated by any reader with siblings of their own.
